Some networks allow you to upgrade before your contract ends. We can only process early upgrades over the phone or in-store. Please call us on 0800 049 6248* or use our store locator to find your nearest store.

Below are a few common reasons why you might not have been able to upgrade:
You're trying to upgrade too early or have recently upgraded

You might have an outstanding payment on your phone contract
You have a business account, which we can't upgrade online

We need your details to check your eligibility date with your network. It's important you use all the details that you have associated with your phone contract.
If you are on EE, you will be asked for the bank account details that you have set up with your phone contract direct debit. This is a requirement from EE to verify that it is your phone contract.
Your details will not be shared with any third parties and we comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. We also use a server certificate to encrypt data transmissions and assure you of security.
As of 2nd March 2015, only EE plans will be available for new and upgrading customers. This is due to EE taking over both networks, now operating under one brand. If you're an existing Orange or T-Mobile customer looking to upgrade, fear not, as your loyalty with them will not be affected, and will be transferred to EE. The same goes for customer service – EE will serve all existing Orange and T-Mobile customers.
EE is the fastest and most widely available 4G network in the UK, which means that if you are to upgrade to 4G network you will be able to enjoy superfast internet speeds. We should also note that if you are a customer who does not have a 4G contract, you will be unaffected and will continue to receive the same great service.
