What is Collection from Currys

Collection makes your life easy. It allows you to shop and pay for your items online and then go to your nearest Currys store to collect them once they become available. Ta-da!

How does Collection from Currys work?

Once you've finished shopping on carphonewarehouse.com and have everything you want in your basket, continue to the checkout and choose the Collection from Currys option.

Next, choose your preferred collection location. There are more than 250 Currys stores nationwide, where you can collect your purchase. So finding a collection point close to you, and collect at a time that suits, should be a piece of cake ! Simply complete your order, wait for your collection notification email or text, then pop into your chosen store once ready.

What do I need to know about Collection from Currys?

Once you've successfully placed your online order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please keep hold of this email as you'll need it to collect your order in-store.

We'll let you know via email or text message once your order is ready to collect.

You can collect your order in-store only during opening hours. Otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled and payments will be refunded to your account.

When you arrive in-store to collect your order, you'll need:
- The order number from your confirmation email
- Proof of ID – this could be your passport or UK driving licence as long as the name on your ID matches the name on the order you're collecting.
- The payment card that you used to place the order
If you’re switching networks, we recommend you don’t submit your PAC or STAC code to your new network until you’ve collected your phone to avoid any gaps in service.
