Ofcom recommends that customers shop around to get the best deal, and often the best way to do that is by switching networks (or moving to a SIM Only tariff). And thanks to new Ofcom regulations, switching to a new network is now much easier. It’s easy to keep your existing number, you won’t have to pay old and new networks at the same time and regardless of which network you are on, the process is the same.

Our agreement with O2 & EE has now ended. There will be no immediate impact to customers who have an O2 or EE connection and we will continue to offer support and advice. There will be no change to your package or service or the prices and duration of your current deal, whether you have recently purchased an O2 or EE deal with us, or are looking at buying now. We also continue to be here to help you with future choices by offering a wide range of options at the end of your contract, including our own award winning network iD Mobile, Vodafone and Voxi.
We are moving to a new, more flexible and transparent mobile offer that will give customers better value. We still offer a wide range of networks through our own award winning network iD Mobile, and our other partners Vodafone and Voxi.

*Average saving is a comparison based on selected pay monthly handsets where the prices are published on O2, EE and CPW websites and we were are able to directly compare the total cost of ownership of the equivalent tariff plan (with the same or greater data inclusions) on iD Mobile and Vodafone available from Carphone Warehouse vs. O2’s & EE’s direct price. Total cost of ownership is calculated by: monthly cost x 24 + upfront cost - any cashback. Matching criteria excludes all plans where an upfront cost was greater than £200. Comparison undertaken on the 01/06/2022.
