It doesn't necessarily follow that the world's biggest search engine provider would be any good at making mobile phones. But Google's tirelessly innovative approach to pretty much everything it does meant that no one was surprised when its entry into the super-competitive mobile market proved to be such an effortless success.
Now in its seventh generation, the Google Pixel phone is well-established as one of the best Android mobile brands on the market. While Google phones tend to avoid over-the-top design flourishes, they always nail all those all-important details. If you're looking for an Android phone that delivers all the essentials in a slick, user-friendly package, the Google Pixel range has to be in the conversation.
Crucially, Google Pixel 6a, Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel 7a maintain a competitive price point, offering a well-priced alternative to the latest flagship mobile phones from the likes of Apple and Samsung.
The current range of Google phones starts with the Pixel 6a. While it may be the cheapest of the bunch - and we have some super-affordable Google Pixel 6a deals - it’s still a very impressive phone. As we've come to expect from Google, the Pixel 6a is an understated and beautifully executed design that offers a fluent, elegantly intuitive user experience. It's also packed with cutting-edge tech, including a stunningly vibrant 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display and an accomplished 12.2MP dual-lens camera that's capable of shooting incredibly-detailed 4K video.
Next up are our Google Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel 7a deals. These are Google’s latest phones and they build on their predecessor's success, updating the winning formula by adding exciting new features and upgrading existing functionality. The displays are bigger - at 6.3 inches for the Pixel 7, 6.1 inches for the Pixel 7a and 6.7 inches for the Pixel 7 Pro - brighter and more responsive. The processors are more powerful, and the batteries can last up to 3 days with Extreme Battery Saver. And with improved cameras, the Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel 7a truly are top-of-the-range handsets.
At Carphone Warehouse, we have a whole range of mobile phone deals to choose from including the best Google Pixel 6a, Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel 7a contracts and SIM-free deals.

There are a few ways you can get your hands on your dream Google Pixel phone, you can either choose from pay-monthly phone contracts or SIM-free deals.
Choosing to get your Google Pixel 6a, Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro or Pixel 7a on an affordable pay-monthly contractmeans you can enjoy your phone right away, whileyou’ll also get access to great-value call, text and data bundless, too. You may have to pay an up-front fee for the phone but it will be considerably less than paying the full amount all at once - so it’s likely that you’ll be able to afford a better handset.
If you’re able to buy a handset outright, a Google Pixel SIM-free phone might be your best option. This usually works out cheaper in the long run as you won’t be paying interest on the phone. And you won’t be tied to any network or plan - so you can choose the best SIM-only or Pay As You Go plan to go with your new Google Pixel phone.
