As for the Virgin SIMs – they come in two different sizes, a Nano SIM (the smallest SIM card) and a Micro SIM (the second smallest size). Just pop into any of our stores with your phone and we’ll sort out what size of SIM you’ll need if you are after a Virgin SIM.
Once you've bought your SIM, call your current network provider, ask for your PAC code, note it down, and call your new network provider with the information; they will then talk you through the process for moving your number across to your new simcard.
The Pay As You Go bundles and packs give you loads of data, minutes and texts. If you use your phone a lot, they’re cheaper than paying standard rates.
A PAYG bundle or pack could save you money if you like using your phone a lot to call and text, or browse the internet. For example, you can buy a bundle and it’ll automatically renew once you’ve used all your data, minutes or texts (network dependent).
Your Bundle or Pack won’t renew. But as soon as you do top up, your Bundle or Pack will automatically start - so you won’t have to do anything else.
