    A pay monthly contract bundles the cost of your handset with a monthly allowance of data, calls, and texts into one fixed direct debit payment.     Can I keep my current phone number when switching networks?

    Yes. To bring your existing number to your new contract, text "PAC" to 65075 from your current SIM to receive your free switching code. Provide this PAC code during checkout or once your new phone arrives, and your number will automatically transfer over—usually within one working day.

    What do I need to pass a credit check for a phone contract?

    To qualify for a pay monthly phone contract in the UK, you must be at least 18 years old, have lived at a UK address for at least three consecutive years, and hold a valid UK bank account registered to your current billing address. Network providers run an automated credit assessment to verify your identity and confirm eligibility before approving the order.

    What is the difference between a 24-month and a 36-month contract?

    What happens at the end of my pay monthly contract?

    Can I trade in my old phone against a new pay monthly contract?
