Alcatel OneTouch 10.16G is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from basic and tinny. As a pensioner I have always had a fairly basic phone. This is the one I like least of all the ones I have had. It sounds tinny and when I put my sim card in (as I have done with new phones in the past) it tells me I need to update my device. It was cheap to buy but you would be better spending a little bit more for a better quality phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from It was free!! Sent this phone to an American friend who comes to the UK from time to time and needed a mobile phone when here. He is very pleased with it,and could not believe it was free on PAY AS YOU GO.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from If you want basic... ....then this is custom built for you. It's not cool, it doesn't look good and it has a very annoying ringtone. I think Noah used one in the Ark ;) But it makes and receives calls without a problem :)

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from It's a phone It's cheap, makes calls, receives texts, has an alarm. It won't revolutionise your life. But it's a fair deal. I use it as a burn phone at work, it reminds me of being a teenager, when in retrospect, phones were pretty basic. Best used with hands free, unless you have an unusually small head.
