Samsung Galaxy Note10 Plus 5G is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good phone with flaws Had this 10 months love it 1tb storage carry blu-ray films about lots of them display is Excellent sound from the little stereo speakers is much better than I expected and the sound separation is remarkable. I use a twin usb c dongle which then allows me to use an LG G5 B&O sound module having a twin port which is not the same as a twin adapter which will not work, I can charge at the same time sound via this method is outstanding. However, this makes 2X dongles on the phone if you then include a E12 or A5 power amp you start to have issues etc Dont have this problem with my wifes S10 5G which has a headphone jack!!!!!!!!!!!! The camera system is good but not remarkable when Samsung announced on the S7 series the large pixel 12meg was "the way to go" they said over the 16meg s6 I was annoyed as the 16meg on my other LG cameras were clearly better with small objects. so now there are a couple of wide angle 16meg cameras on this phone.which are better than the main camera. Samsung have also started producing new s20 phones with high res cameras so its only better if Samsung says so serious lack of consistancy here Samsung make your mind up? Battery life is not so good with a hugh display mine lasts less than a day I carry spare charger packs for it and it needs them give us a replacable battery would help. The 25w charger works well I purchased a 45w charger for mine However, my opinion is the battery will need replacing after 18 months with this charger. The pen I have never got mine to work correctly especially the air motion I think its brokren that said it does recognise my poor hand writing so all is not lost. So yes I like this phone despite its flaws and after 10 months am happy with it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from S pen fault! 2x I bought my Note 10 Plus 5G last week and straight away when I used the S pen, It didn't work properly in a small area (2cmx2cm on the bottom right corner) like the pressure or the tilting sensitivity go wrong. You actually can see the little aim dot jumping away in that area in every app even Samsung's. I tried everything what possible, but its still the same. Car phone warehouse going to test it in few days after they got an update, and I hope I got an other because a Note without a proper S pen just worthless especially to me. I am using it every day since my note 8. Everything else is perfect! UPDATE : Today I got my new Note 10 plus 5g and it worse! Same issue but even worse. I hope I will get a 3rd one and then I gave up. And this time I cant leave a great rating because 2 faulty phone out of 2 is not recommendable

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Definitely an upgrade from Note 8 with minor flaws This really is a stunning phone. The screen is beautiful and significantly larger compared to the Note 8 even though the unit is roughly the same size. Battery life seems good - I consistently have 70% or so left when I get home from work despite playing more than usual with my "new toy" (but bear in mind that I'm not a really heavy user). Fingerprint scanner is fast and accurate and having it in the screen is much better than hidden round the back. Face recognition is lightning quick. Not strictly relevant to a review of the phone, but I also have the clear view case from Samsung. This works very well with the phone, allowing you to see the always on clock with the case closed. I haven't found a way to show notifications while in always on mode in the case, but that may be sorted by a later update. You can also receive calls with the case closed, which is great for avoiding grease on that lovely screen. I can't give it 5 stars for a couple of reasons. First, the hole in the screen for the selfie camera is rather ugly - I hope Samsung solves this problem for future phones. More significantly for me is that lack of a headphone jack - I knew that this was the case when I bought the phone, but I didn't expect Samsung to fail to have the converters (usb c to 3.5mm) ready for around the launch day - we're now around two weeks in and it is still showing as "coming soon" without even an estimate of when.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks Stunning, poor performance So, after making the switch back to Android after using Apple for the last 3 years I've got to say that this handset has been a let down. 1st off Samsung and Google pay are not compatible with Barclays so payments are a nightmare if you haven't got signal as you have to use Barclays banking app and login to pay contact less. 2. The Battery is a disgrace. I would used to get about 2 solid days of use from my old XS MAX, currently I have used 11% battery in 19 minutes listening to music and browsing online. What's the point in all that power if you can only use it for an hour? 3. Finally, the standard music app, Google play music and Apple music are having an issue after about 5 min where the music starts distorting and you have to close the app and restart The phone may look like the best thing around at the minute and the screen is stunning (but will deplete the battery if you turn the brightness past half way) however what's the point in all that power and ability if you can't effectively use them and have to turn everything off or down. I'm now totally put off even buying the active 2 watch as I have no chance in getting through a day at work with a watch connected to it. Really disappointed.
