What's happening with O2 & CARPHONE WAREHOUSE

Our relationship with O2 may have ended but our mission to help customers save money on their connectivity continues unabated: We Compare, You Save. Carphone Warehouse is now into its fourth decade, helping millions of customers with their new phone purchase and keeping them connected – which is now even more important than ever. Switching networks has never been easier and if you’re looking to upgrade to a new handset or contract, we offer a broad range of connectivity options through our own network iD, and our other partners including EE, Vodafone, Virgin Media & VOXI.

If you bought an O2 contract from us, nothing changes for you - we continue to support all customers to get the most from their devices (including customers with Team Knowhow insurance policies). For O2 customers, there is no impact to your billing, contract or service with O2. At the end of your contract, we’ll be here (online, on the phone or in-store) to help you find your new phone and to save you money through our range of options and networks.

If you are an O2 customer, and ready for a new phone, call us on 0800 049 7887 for exclusive deals!

Pulling a Switcheroo has never been simpler:

Ofcom recommends that customers shop around to get the best deal, and often the best way to do that is by switching networks (or moving to a sim-only tariff). And thanks to new Ofcom regulations, switching to a new network is now much easier. It’s easy to keep your existing number, you won’t have to pay old and new networks at the same time and regardless of which network you are on, the process is the same.

  1. Text PAC to 65075 – to get your PAC code from your old network, and find out if you would incur an early termination fee.
  2. Choose your new handset and tariff on a new network
  3. Share your PAC code with your new network
