Stores

Look who’s back!

Our expert mobile team are back in our stores to help with new phones, contracts, repairs and more.

Good news. We’ve re-opened our shops inside Currys PC World stores, safely with social distancing.

Our awesome team are ready and waiting to help you with new mobile deals, returns, repairs, accessories and more. Plus, you can order online and pick-up in our stores too.

We’ve got lots of new safety measures in place including:

  • We’re limiting the number of customers inside the store at any time, so there might be a short wait.
  • We have safety screens at our tills to keep you and our colleagues safe.
  • Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance and throughout the store.
  • Please follow our signs and stay at least two metres from other customers.
  • Please avoid touching products where you can. Our colleagues can demo them for you.

Leicester store update: we’re following the latest government guidelines and have temporarily closed our stores in Leicester until further notice. If you were due to pick up an order from a store that is temporarily closed, then one of our team will be in touch with you soon to discuss next steps.

Delivery

For all phones, pay monthly SIM cards, free gifts and anything else over £50:
Our courier partner, DPD, has updated their delivery processes to take extra precautions due to Coronavirus. They are offering contact free delivery on all orders. They will take a picture of your property and capture a proof of delivery name instead of capturing your signature. You can track your DPD delivery here.

For anything else under £50:
Royal Mail is an unsigned service. Where Royal Mail needs to deliver a parcel, its teams will place the parcel at your door. Having knocked on the door, the delivery teams will step aside to a safe distance while the item is retrieved. If the delivery cannot take place, Royal Mail will take the parcel to the local depot for you to collect. The parcel will be held for 18 days as per normal process.

Stores

Based on latest government advice, and to protect our customers and colleagues, we’ve temporarily closed all stores until further notice.

We previously announced that a number of our stores were due to close permanently. These stores have now closed and will not re-open. We continue to sell mobiles and contracts online and in more than 300 Carphone Warehouse stores located inside Currys PC World stores around the country. Our stores have temporarily closed and will re-open when safe to do so.

All pre-orders due for delivery to one of our stores have been dispatched to customers directly. All devices with us for repair have also been returned to customers. If you’ve not received your order, then please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
