Based on latest government advice, and to protect our customers and colleagues, we’ve temporarily closed all stores until further notice.
We previously announced that a number of our stores were due to close permanently. These stores have now closed and will not re-open. We continue to sell mobiles and contracts online and in more than 300 Carphone Warehouse stores located inside Currys PC World stores around the country. Our stores have temporarily closed and will re-open when safe to do so.
All pre-orders due for delivery to one of our stores have been dispatched to customers directly. All devices with us for repair have also been returned to customers. If you’ve not received your order, then please contact us using the details on the contact tab.
Returns Policy for Store Purchases
While our stores are temporarily closed, please see our FAQ below on store returns. If you’re eligible for a return, then please contact us using the details on the contact tab.
