1. This promotion is open to all UK residents, including Isle of Man, aged over 18 years. Excludes residents from the Republic of Ireland and employees of Currys Group Limited and their families, agents (including affiliates), suppliers and anyone connected to this promotion.
2. To enter the promotion, simply complete the entry form with your details (Forename, Last name, email address) to register your interest in the Samsungs upcoming mobile phones, then click ‘Submit’ for a chance to win a £100 Currys eGift card.
3. All entries received between 00:01 on 19/06/24 and 23:59 on 09/07/2024 will be eligible for the prize draw.
4. The entry must be submitted personally by the entrant. Entries by 3rd parties, collective entries or multiple entries will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void. Entrants may only enter the competition once.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or incomplete entries. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected entries will not be accepted.
6. No purchase necessary.
7. There will be 20 winners. Each winner will win a £100 Currys eGift card.
8. The promotion will be operating across Carphone Warehouse and Currys. The draw will take place on 10/07/2024 when 20 random winners will be picked from all eligible entries in the prizes draws between Carphone Warehouse and Currys. Within 14 days of this date winners will be sent a notification email from [email protected], containing a link to their winning eGift card. The email will be sent to the address supplied by the entrant. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide a valid email address. eGift cards sent to invalid or mistyped email addresses cannot be recovered or redeemed. Currys will not be held liable for any winning emails that may land in the winner’s junk/spam folder nor for any eGift cards that may have expired while waiting undiscovered in the winner’s junk/spam folder.
9. eGift cards can be used as full or part payment towards products and services purchased in Curry’s retail stores only (not valid on Currys website). You cannot use winning eGift cards to purchase airtime, or certain mobile phones and accessories.
10. The balance of winning eGift cards can be checked online at www.currys.co.uk/giftcards.
11. eGift cards are valid for use for 24 months from the time of issue after which time the eGift card will expire and any balance will be deducted. eGift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
12. No liability is accepted for lost, stolen or damaged eGift cards.
13. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or discontinue the eGift card at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
14. In the event of the Currys eGift card specified above not being available, an alternative product of equivalent specification and brand will be provided. There is no cash alternative, and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
15. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered regarding the outcome of this promotion.
16. Upon request, the initials and county of the winners will be available by sending an SAE to the Promoter at the address below. Such requests should not be sent until 28 days after the draw. If you object to any or all of your initials and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter here: https://www.currys.co.uk/help-and-support.html#contact. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
17. If you are the winner of this promotion we may ask for your consent to participate in publicity arising from the prize draw. This will be entirely optional for the winner and the Promotor will only use the winner’s details with their express permission. The Promoter reserves the right to use non-identifiable details for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make payment to the winners.
18. The Promoter will at all times comply with data protection legislation when collecting and processing data. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation.
