If you want to cancel your mobile insurance policy, then we’re very sad to see you go.
Below, you’ll find all the details you need to know about cancelling your policy.
Yes, you can cancel your mobile insurance at any time. If you bought or renewed the mobile insurance within the last 14 days and provided you haven’t already made a claim, you’ll receive a full refund of any premiums you’ve paid.
And if you’ve already made a claim or it’s after the first 14 days? You can cancel your policy from the end of any insured month - your insured month begins on the date your policy started and ends on the same date of the following month - all you have to do is give us notice before the end of that month. If you pay annually you’ll be entitled to a proportionate refund, based on the number of unexpired, insured months remaining for which you’ve paid.
If you want to cancel your Mobile Complete or Mobile Lite, we'll be sad to see you go - but we’ll make the process quick and hassle free. Cancelling your mobile insurance is as simple as getting in touch using one of the ways below, and then leaving the rest to us.
