Design and display

A great view from any angle

The Nokia 6’s impressive display measures 5.5-inches from corner to corner, and has wide viewing angles. So, if you’re watching a film on the train with a mate, neither of you will miss any of the action - even in bright sunlight.

Durable design

Built from a single piece of aluminium, the Nokia 6 is as tough as it is good-looking. It features Corning Gorilla Glass defence on the display, and everything on the inside will be protected too, with the fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button.

High quality photographs

At 16MP, the Nokia 6’s camera is well-placed to deliver both impressive photos and videos. It features a technology called phase detection autofocus, which is designed to make sure you never come away with a blurry shot.

Picture-perfect seflies

On the front of the smartphone is an 8MP lens to make sure you get pin-sharp selfies. It as autofocus, too, so if you need a quick snap of the gang, it’ll always look great.

Under the hood

A true Android experience

Pure Android is normally reserved for Google’s own products, but Nokia has chosen to adopt the clean and simplistic user interface, too. Most manufacturers layer their own UI on top of Android, but with the Nokia 6, you get the mobile experience Google designed in house.

Do more with Nokia 6

With a 1.4GHz octa-core processor and 3GB RAM, the Nokia 6 is well-suited to looking after all your multi-tasking needs. There’s also 32GB of internal storage, with the option of adding a microSD card to take your space up by a massive 256GB.

Nokia 6 is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 90.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Superb all rounder This phone may be described as a ‘Budget phone’ but I believe it performs so much better than that. It holds power well, I don’t spend the whole day on it, but playing music through the car to and from work, and doing some texting/internetting at lunch, it still has at least 60% left easily. The screen is also very impressive, the display is sharp and very visible in strong sunlight. The best part about this phone is the camera, the photos were high quality and was really impressed with them. The phone feels great in your hand, the Aluminium frame certainly makes it feel like a top end phone, and certainly lives up to Nokia’s reputation of well built phones. Are there any negatives? The processor makes it a good phone for general day to day tasks, but when using apps that are a little more demanding graphically, it doesn’t run as smoothly as in less demanding apps. But I don’t see this as a massive issue, considering the price of the phone. But overall, if your looking for a phone that doesn’t cost a fortune but is a solid all rounder and with a good build quality. Look no further!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Phone I've read some of the negative reviews on this phone before writing my review. It seems some were unlucky to have software issues or they wanted a more advanced capability phone. This phone is at the budget end of mobiles so therefore will not have some of what you'd get from a more expensive option. Do your research. I use a phone to make calls, text and browse the internet mainly and my husband downloads music and watches videos, trailers etc. We've both found our new phones to be great for all of this. We had old Nokia Windows phones so for us this phone is our first Android and a huge improvement. I love the big screen and browsing is good, not amazingly fast but good enough for me and for the price of the phone. It looks like a more expensive phone and is much more robust than other similar priced phones. I've had mine nearly 3 months and so far so good. I got the silver one as they didn't have the copper which is very popular. I'm very happy with the phone and saved £30 on it on offer so for the price I think it's a good phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great budget phone I get Nokia 6 in November to replace my Huawei p8 little 2017 (just bend in my pocket like banana) and now we got February and Im still loved my phone. Solid bulid and gorrila glass protect your phone from any damage. Great camera, massive (for this phone range) storage and battery are impressive

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic. I've only had this phone a few days ago, and decided to come away from Apple (iPhone 6). It's taken a bit of getting used to, purely because I'm so used to Apple, so that's no reflection on the phone itself. These days, all the phones do the same thing, so I wasn't paying £800+ for a brand. Nokia, as usual, have produced a brilliant phone. It has everything you could want (including fingerprint scanner and face recognition). The design is really nice, and is a large screen. It can be difficult to use with only one hand, but that doesn't bother me, I wanted the bigger screen. Battery life is brilliant, ive been using my phone for music for several hours a day, plus spending an hour or so (in total) on social media/generally browsing, texting etc and the battery was still above 40%. For £200, this phone is an absolute bargain. If you're already thinking about this phone, stop thinking, just buy it.
