Design and display

A great view from any angle

The Nokia 6’s impressive display measures 5.5-inches from corner to corner, and has wide viewing angles. So, if you’re watching a film on the train with a mate, neither of you will miss any of the action - even in bright sunlight.

Durable design

Built from a single piece of aluminium, the Nokia 6 is as tough as it is good-looking. It features Corning Gorilla Glass defence on the display, and everything on the inside will be protected too, with the fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button.

High quality photographs

At 16MP, the Nokia 6’s camera is well-placed to deliver both impressive photos and videos. It features a technology called phase detection autofocus, which is designed to make sure you never come away with a blurry shot.

Picture-perfect seflies

On the front of the smartphone is an 8MP lens to make sure you get pin-sharp selfies. It as autofocus, too, so if you need a quick snap of the gang, it’ll always look great.

Under the hood

A true Android experience

Pure Android is normally reserved for Google’s own products, but Nokia has chosen to adopt the clean and simplistic user interface, too. Most manufacturers layer their own UI on top of Android, but with the Nokia 6, you get the mobile experience Google designed in house.

Do more with Nokia 6

With a 1.4GHz octa-core processor and 3GB RAM, the Nokia 6 is well-suited to looking after all your multi-tasking needs. There’s also 32GB of internal storage, with the option of adding a microSD card to take your space up by a massive 256GB.

Nokia 6 is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 66.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great mid range Android phone I've been using this phone for a month now and I'm very impressed. I've always had Google phones in the past due to their simple but effective UI, this phone is very similar and not over engineered with features that you'll never use. Highly recommended!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all round phone I am so happy with this purchase I have had all the phones and I can't remember ever being so happy it takes a great picture and is very simple to use I would say best Android phone of 2017. Nokia were the kings of mobiles some 20 years ago and then lost there way because of up and coming phones that were marketing was much better but I would predict that this phone and the Nokia 8 will be a big changer for Nokia over the next 12 to 18 months. I would recommend the Nokia 6 to anyone and everyone it is very cheap to buy compared to Apple, Samsung & Google and it will compete very well against them. I don't work for Nokia and I am not being paid by them for this review I wish I was being paid if only.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Comeback from the Lumia I had a Nokia Lumia 635 before this, which was a good phone, did the job, was durable as ever, but the thing that let it down was the Operating System (OS) which was Windows. To have now a sleek and stylish Nokia that runs with Android is a dream, its more powerful, can handle more and is much bigger than the Lumia. If I wasn't comparing it, to the Lumia, I would still say its a great phone, the camera is amazing (16MP), the fingerprint scanner works great, the screen is very responsive and the layout of the whole phone is perfect. People say the battery life is rubbish, and say it will only last a day, that is true, IF you are using it constantly, I'm not talking 10 mins at a time, I'm talking up to 1 hour at a time when using it, then the battery will go down to 30%, it will take around 1 hour 30 mins to get to 75%, but other than that, it is an amazing phone, hats off the Nokia.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Android Phone I bought one back in August and have held off writing a review because I wanted to avoid jumping to conclusions. The build quality is exceptional as it feels very solid and heavy (though not in a bad way) in the hand, though people with small hands may be put off by the 5.5" screen size, making it something which will be best held in both hands. If you can go to a shop, try it and if you can't hold it, don't buy it. If you can, it will be easier to use because of the large screen. If holding and typing is something you can do very easily, the voice recognition software is very responsive and surprisingly accurate, making it easy to dictate texts and Whatsapp messages. This comes from a quick OS, something which makes switching from reading emails to looking at Twitter and browsing the Internet a breeze. Occasionally, there are websites which appear to be designed for iOS and do not display fully when the keypad is on screen, but this is a minor inconvenience. I had a Samsung some time ago and went from a Lumia 735 to this and am so glad I did as all the apps I didn't think I needed are there, easy to access through the Play Store and quick to install. The main camera is really good for photos and videos, but I don't take many self these so haven't used the front facing camera much, though tried it and was really impressed by the quality. Battery life will very much depend on how much you use the phone, how many apps you have running and something like Bluetooth is permanently on. I've been using it with Spotify playing through my amplifier at home and found it last several days between charges. This phone is exceptional value for money and should last me years.
