Part 1: Get your trade in value (up to £190)

1. In the basket, find the trade in section below “Go to checkout” and click on “Value my phone”
2. Type in your handset model or IMEI and follow further instructions
3. Select “Sell my device”
4. Upon completion, you will see the trade-in value of your device added to the basket.
5. When your new phone arrives, it will include an envelope. Simply pop your old phone in, and return using the pre-paid trade in pack.
6. Once your device has been received and condition checked, we'll pay you by direct bank transfer within 3–5 working days.

Part 2: Claim your extra trade-in value of £100

3. When we receive your traded-in device, we'll trigger your promotional payment as a separate transaction after your standard device payment.

6. If the device is bent, broken into pieces or any of the internal parts are showing, it is classed as 'Beyond Economic Repair' or BER. A device that is BER has ZERO value and cannot be traded in. Subject to availability.
