What is an eSIM?

An eSIM – embedded SIM – is a digital SIM card, pre-installed inside your phone. Activated by downloading an eSIM profile, an eSIM allows you to access multiple networks from one phone. So, say you have a phone for personal use, and one for work, with an eSIM you can run both lines from the one phone, without having to swap fiddly SIM cards. Also, you can switch up your network quickly and easily as you don’t have to shop for a physical SIM card or wait for one to arrive in the post.
