If you have a problem with your mobile, bring it into any Carphone Warehouse store. We're often able to sort out common problems there and then.
If you do need to make an insurance claim, you can either:
o Visit any Carphone Warehouse store (Samsung Experience Stores can only handle insurance claims for Samsung products)
o Call on 0800 049 6190^
o Fill in the online claim form on the Geek Squad website
When you make a claim, we'll need your name, date of birth, address and the policy number as shown on your Certificate of Insurance, so please have these ready
If your phone has been lost or stolen we will need verification from your network provider that the phone has
been blocked. We recommend you contact them as soon as possible as this will also limit any charges you
may incur for unauthorised use. Please speak to your network provider for more details.
If your phone has been stolen, you must report it to the police, and request a crime reference number (CRN)
before your claim is submitted. You will be required to provide the CRN to substantiate your claim. If you
cannot obtain a CRN, please call us on 0800 458 6117.
