I bought this because it said it was the all singing and dancing earphone. To use properly you need to use the Xperia ear app. The app is the only way to change the volume from virtually silent. The app will not let you passed the second screen, saying that it is already connected to another phone.
The support from Xperia itself leaves a lot to be desired. They don't know how to use it let alone fix it. Rude and arrogant when you speak to them.
Not worth the money.
