Stunning Screen I Only write reviews of products ive owned for a few Months, This Note 20 Ultra has been an amazing device, and on the whole exceeded my initial expectations. This is worked hard, regularly using Dex, Microsoft Word & Excel flawlessly , I do tons of work on Evernote too with complex notes , .pdf editing etc. The camera is also used hard for work purposes, some days I can take in excess of a hundred photos - edit on the go, ad annotations with the S-pen. Where do I start with the screen? Its just simply gorgeous, even now after owning after a year I still marvel at the screen quality, the way it feels in your hand , the way it wraps around the edges - for me anyway makes it a very special experience. What else has also impressed me, is how there have been continual improvement & benefits with the updates. The camera has coped well with most situations, could do with an improvement in lower lighting conditions Maybee , and a Macro mode would be great. The build quality is top notch - this is important to me being mobile, the device still looks excellent. Music sounds great, and even the onboard speakers are fine! - A refreshing change! - Ok so nothing is ever totally perfect, so here's my slight negatives. Finger Print Scanner can be troublesome, I will say though the security is superb as no one has ever been able to unlock it using their fingers! The issue is mine tend to be trouble some at times, I find deleting all the stored ones helps & starting again. Better Face ID , this again has been a little troublesome at times-I feel a 3D Scanner would solve this? However then may sacrifice the screen? I 100 percent recommend this device , simply superb as a business tool.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Phones screen and back glass is very fragile. I have had the phone for about 7 months now. I had to get the phone repaired within 2 weeks of having it due to the front screen cracking down the internals. I wouldnt mind but the phone wasnt dropped it was just in my pocket. Nearly £300 to repair. 5 months later the backglass covering the camera lens cracked. Another £70 to repair. The phone its self is good. Ok battery life, good screen, powerful enough to handle games and most apps. I wouldnt say it was worth the high price tag.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great device, tiny improvements needed What a device. Functions superbly, however video recording at 50x can only be done holding the shutter button in photo mode. Some apps do not keep the colour tone of the light/dark mode, for instance, opening an app with the phone in dark mode, sometimes parts of it will revert to light mode. A simple toggle of the dark mode selection fixes this. Sometimes, apps fail to open up to the while screen and again, you have to toggle full screen app mode, even if the app isn't selected for full screen operation. The performance of the device though is phenomenal, however the s pen isn't great for left handed people, who tend to rest a part of the writing hand on the screen. These are only minor concerns, which are forgotten about with the fantastic performance of the device.
