We only use genuine parts that won't void your manufacturers warranty. They're Apple and Samsung approved with a 12 month guarantee included.
If you have an Apple or Samsung phone we are able to offer you a swap for the same make, model and size as your existing phone. Details of the make and models which are eligible for this service can be found in the table above. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer this service for leased phones.
You don't need to have purchased your mobile phone from us. We offer to swap Apple and Samsung phones no matter where you bought the phone from. However, we cannot accept any phones that were built for a US Region.
This service is available for phones with a cracked or smashed screen damage. If you also have a fault with your battery we will be able to offer you a swap for the same price. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a swap if there are any additional faults with your phone. We will perform verification checks on your phone as part of the service to ensure your phone is eligible to be swapped.
To keep your data safe and make sure we can swap your phone for a replacement as quickly as possible, we recommend that you please complete the following checklist before coming into store:
We know it’s important to resolve any issues with your phone as quickly as possible. Offering a swap for a replacement phone rather than a repair enables us to get a fully working phone to you quicker, without having to wait up to 10 days while your old phone is sent for repair, fixed and then returned to you.
The replacement phone is refurbished. Our refurbished phones are rigorously checked and good as new – not just reboxed. We challenge you to tell the difference. We fully check the screen, body and battery, and replace them if necessary. And we back them up with a 12-month warranty.
Your refurbished phone will come in a plain black unbranded box. Inside, you’ll find the phone itself only.
All our refurbished phones are unlocked, meaning you can use any contract.
All of our refurbished phones come with a 12-month warranty from Team Knowhow, so you can relax knowing that if there are any bumps in the road, you’re covered. Don’t worry though, every phone in our range is fully inspected by a qualified engineer, and has passed a rigorous quality control test before it’s sold to you.

Terms and Conditions
Example Apple iPhone SE 16GB £125. Available for screen repairs only which means chips & cracks to the screen only. Cracked back glass is accepted for selected Samsung devices. Damage to the battery is acceptable. Any liquid damage or bending of the casing of the phone will not be accepted. Phone will be swapped for a like for like replacement only. Customers cannot upgrade to a different model or memory size. Colours may differ depending on stock availability and customers will be asked to agree to any change of colour variant. If your chosen store does not have a like for like device in stock, a replacement device can be delivered to a chosen address the next day. Free next day delivery, except Saturday and Sunday. Saturday and Sunday delivery will be charged at £7.50. Replacement device will be deemed “fully refurbished” and supplied with a 12-month device warranty. Device warranty will cover any manufacturer defects or faults. Any faults or damage seen to be customer caused will be deemed out of warranty. Faulty devices must be exchanged when ordering the replacement device. “Exchanged” faulty devices will require a diagnostic test to verify any insurance claim/theft/system locks prior to ordering a replacement device. Any “exchanged” devices that have been stolen or system locked will not be accepted. Payment for services is due upon the order of the replacement device in exchange for customer’s faulty device.
