The O2 network covers 99% of the outdoor population in the UK, and they’re continuing to roll out 4G in more places all the time. On top of that, they’ve got over 15,000 free O2 Wifi hotspots across the UK. So you can use their data, and save yours.
My O2 lets you do more from your phone. With the My O2 app (or going to My O2 online) you can see your latest bills, add Bolt Ons if you suddenly need more data on the go and even change your tariff or address. You can even browse some of the latest offers from O2.
Travel in O2’s Europe Zone and you’ll have roaming included – no matter what tariff you’re on. Whether you’re sunning it up in Spain or on the ski slopes in Switzerland, your minutes, texts and data will work just like they do at home.
If you take out a new contract or upgrade with us, you’ll be able to set a Spend Cap on your contract. This will give you a greater control over your monthly spend and help you to avoid bill shock.
You can add, remove, increase and decrease your Spend Cap once a day (with changes taking up to 24 hours to take effect), and you’ll receive a warning whenever the billing limit you set is about to be reached.
**You will be charged for incoming calls if you're using your Equipment abroad outside of our Europe Zone (including the cost of receiving voicemail messages). If you use Services abroad outside of our Europe Zone, it will usually take longer to be billed. It's best to check the cost of using your Equipment abroad outside of our Europe Zone before you travel. Accidental roaming might occur if you are in an area close to national borders because your Equipment picks up a network across the border. If this happens, you may be charged as though you were roaming on an international network. You can prevent this if you are near a national border by setting your Mobile Phone or other Equipment (as applicable) to do a manual network selection and select the 'O2' Network. Extra data allowances only apply during your 24-month minimum term. 24 month minimum term Pay Monthly contract means if you wish to cancel or leave within the term, you will need to pay the standard monthly tariff for the remaining months.
