Elegantly built

The smooth curves of the Nexus 6 give it a modern, elegant look – despite being such a big phone. That perfect shape also makes it fit nicely in the palm of your hand.

More room to view

The 6-inch Quad HD screen makes everything from eBooks and documents to movies and games look truly stunning. That Quad HD resolution means the screen is four times sharper than HD so you can see more detail than ever.

Under the hood

The speed you need

The processor in the Nexus 6 sounds like it belongs in a laptop, which makes for some impressive performance – especially if you like big apps and games. It’s a quad core chip with a maximum speed of 2.7GHz – easily fast enough for everything you want to do.

More time between charges

The large 3,220mAh battery can last long enough for you to talk non-stop for up to 24 hours. That means most people will only have to charge the phone once every couple of days – that’s an impressively long battery life considering the huge screen and powerful processor.

Less time plugged in

The Motorola Turbo Charger gives you a quick burst of power when your battery needs it most. From just 15 minutes of charging you get up to six hours of battery life.

Hear more

Front-facing stereo speakers produce truly immense sound. And they're loud and clear, so you don't have to strain to hear those quiet, tense moments in movies.

Best of Google

With the Nexus 6, you'll be the first to get the latest Android updates from Google, complete with the latest features and enhancements.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PhoneFan from Excellent in my opinion Nearly all reviews speak of it being a big phone, many state that it is too big. Personally I have quite big hands so naturally I prefer bigger phones. I've had this phone since January, and now that the 6P is released I am moving onto that, but I have decided to review the Nexus 6 as it is the phone I currently use. It's huge size is not a problem for me, and I haven't had any issues with the phone in the 10 months that I've been using it. It works a treat. Before getting the Nexus 6, I had the Nexus 5, which I still think is an excellent piece of kit. The camera is average, which is fair to say for any Nexus camera, however the 6P and 5X seem to be having massive improvements to both the front and rear cameras. Android Lollipop worked very well on the Nexus 6, and now Android Marshmallow is doing its job on the Nexus 6 too. I highly recommend this phone to people who like the bigger phones, yet if its smaller Nexus phones you're looking for, you're better off looking for the Nexus 4, 5 or 5X.

Rated 4 out of 5 by James from Google Fault I loved my nexus 6 for so long, then it got stolen. i tried to get a new one and had 5 handsets to try and replace, but none of these could update to android 5.1 without becoming bricked. yes 5 handsets all failed on updating to 5.1 from the phones stock software. Incredible. ...... yes 5! i gave up and am now waiting for the next nexus 6 :( Apart rom that, what can i say about this phone? ithe year i did use it i loved it. never ran out of space, never slowed down, never crashed, great screen amazing for watching films on, saved needing a tablet to go with me. Really really impressed. if only it could update. RIP my nexus 6. i loved you like a child xxx
