Important news for Flexible leasing Customers

From 16th September 2020, we’re no longer offering Flexible Leasing to new or existing customers.

If you are an existing customer and you’ve currently made less than 12 monthly repayments, you’ll no longer be able to upgrade early at the 12-month mark.

All our Flexible Leasing customers now need to make 24 monthly repayments. Then you can choose to:

  • Make four more repayments and keep your phone, for the rest of its useful remaining life (a further 10 years).
  • Or return your phone* to any Carphone Warehouse store (now located inside Currys PC World stores) and stop paying for it.

* A handset in good condition must meet the following minimum criteria:

·            be able to the switched on

·            not have been subject to water damage

·            not have a cracked screen
