Design and display

Liquid surface design

HTC’s U Ultra features an amazing design. When the rear of the phone catches the light, it reflects different colours with the multi-layered glass rear.

Two displays

Just above the main Quad HD display is a secondary screen for notifications. It gives you access to messages, emails, and contacts without interrupting the rest of your mobile experience.

Better quality selfies than ever before

Next to the secondary notification screen there’s a 16MP camera, which will deliver top quality selfies. It also means video-chatting apps like Skype and Google’s Duo will show you in Full HD resolution.

A camera to shout about

HTC has always built great cameras for it phones, and the trend continues with the U Ultra. The 12MP sensor features optical image stabilisation, for super smooth video, and it’s accompanied with a bright dual tone LED flash.

HTC U Ultra is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Darren from Great Performance I've had this phone for a week now, I was worried about the battery life at first however with moderate use it last me a day at least before I charge it up & carry on using it. Also got plenty of other features which my M9 didn't have. The picture & sound quality are great, I was concerned about the size of it before I held it, but know issues there. The screen does smudge however no more than any other phone on the market, one wipe and its clean. The plastic case provided with the phone does hide your color of choice but this can be taken off at any time to show off your new HTC U to anybody at any time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from very good tech, a little big, poor sound volume I've had this phone for a few days now and I do love it's features, the top icon bar is good fun and very easy to edit. I'm a little annoyed with the headphone quality, the volume is very poor, at max I can still hear people talking around me and I can't change the headphones because of HTCs new head port. The screen and display is of very high quality, plus the new key pad arrangement easy to get used too. All in all a very good phone, my only real gripe is the head phones and the battery seems to run low a little too quick but I am using it non stop.
