Track your life with Fitbit. Whether you’re looking to keep tabs on your heart rate during workouts, or measure your sleep quality, you can do it all with Fitbit.
Our range of wearable Fitbit products will help you stay on top of your fitness, sleep quality and wellbeing.
You can set up lots of different fitness goals with your Fitbit tracker. The most popular ones include:
Daily activity – you can select a goal to achieve each day, such as walking a certain number of steps or burning calories.
Exercise—Select the number of days per week you’re planning on exercising, and Fitbit will monitor your progress and record all your hard work.
Weight - If you want to lose, gain, or maintain a certain weight, Fitbit lets you set a goal and record your weigh-ins.
Food and water – you can create a goal based on the amount of water you drink daily, or set up a food plan that tracks your calories.
Sleep – tell Fitbit how many hours of sleep you’re aiming on getting each night, and it’ll record the results in your sleep log.
The first thing you need to do with your Fitbit is connect it to a computer or mobile device. This is called pairing. When you do this, data can be transferred backwards and forwards – this is called syncing.
This synced data will then populate your Fitbit dashboard, allowing you to monitor your fitness history, review statistics, create fitness goals and lots more.
Fitbit works with iOS and Android devices seamlessly. There’s also a Windows app, which works on all Windows 10 devices, including you smartphone, tablet, and laptop or computer.
Every time you open the app while your tracker is paired, you data is uploaded. You can also set it to sync throughout the day if you turn on the All-Day sync mode. And if you’re pairing with a computer, instead of a mobile device, it’ll pair every 15 minutes, providing the computer is nearby and connected to the same network.
