Beat the energy price hikes

Ouch! All of the ‘Big Six’ energy suppliers have just hiked up their Standard Variable tariffs way past the rate of inflation. If you’re one of the eleven million customers this affects, why not do something about it?

To protect your energy bills from further price hikes, we can help you switch to a fixed rate deal. Do this, and you’ll be joining thousands that have saved £273 on average with our Energy Saver tool*

What is a green energy?

Green energy utilises natural energy sources such as wind, wave power, solar, as well as hydroelectric, biomass and tidal to produce the electricity you need for your home. These are all renewable resources that can be naturally replenished and you'll be pleased to know that they don't cause any harm to the planet. In contrast, fossil fuels such as coal and petrol which many of us are currently using to power our homes are not only one of the biggest causes of global warming, but they will also eventually run out because they cannot be renewed.

Understanding energy bills

With complicated jargon and never-ending numbers, it’s no wonder that many of us can’t make head or tail of our energy bills. But this is a big problem. If you can’t understand your bill, how do you know if you’re being charged the right amount for your electricity and gas usage?

Rather than just hoping for the best every month, why not get clued up on your energy bills? They aren’t as confusing as they look and knowing more about them can help you to considerably cut your energy costs.
