  • Unique design

The BlackBerry Passport is extra wide for effortless typing, reading and web browsing. It’s also reinforced with stainless steel for added strength.

  • Touch-sensitive keyboard

The keyboard has touch-sensitive technology, so you can scroll through web pages by swiping the keys like a touchpad. The keys are also bigger than on previous Blackberry phones, making the Passport a great device for writing emails and longer messages.

  • Your own digital assistant

The BlackBerry Assistant feature lets you control the device with simple voice commands, such as setting alarms or reminders, browsing the web or connecting on LinkedIn.

  • Huge battery

The BlackBerry Passport will last a full day of use as it has one of the largest batteries found on any smartphone.

  • 13MP camera

The high-resolution 13MP camera has OIS (Optimal Image Stabilisation) to make all of your pictures clear, sharp and blur-free.

Design and display

BlackBerry design

The Passport’s wide shape means the device is big enough for a larger keyboard and screen. The stainless steel build is also strong and resistant to scratches, so it’s extremely solid.

4.5-inch display

The 4.5-inch touchscreen offers you a better web browsing, reading, app, and map experience than any BlackBerry device before. That’s because its wide shape fits more words in a single line, which research has shown to be better for the human eye to read.

Advanced rear camera

The 13MP camera captures high-resolution photos that have deep colouring and stunning detail. The camera also has OIS (Optimal Image Stabilisation) – a feature that makes all your photos look crisp, clear and precise.

Great selfies

If you love making video calls or snapping selfies, then you will love the Passport’s impressive 2MP front camera.

Under the hood

Top processor

The BlackBerry Passport has a powerful 2.2GHz quad-core processor that makes games, apps, browsing and even complex programmes such as spreadsheets run seamlessly. And with 3GB of RAM, you can have lots of apps running in the background with no drop in performance.

Great battery

The battery in the BlackBerry Passport is one of the largest of any smartphone and will give you up to 30 hours of use from a single charge.

BlackBerry Blend

Effortlessly transfer messaging and content from your Passport to a tablet or desktop with BlackBerry Blend. Simply download the software on to your laptop or tablet and content will automatically transfer from your phone.

Sound quality

Phone calls, music and videos all come to life thanks to the state-of-the-art speakers, quad microphone system, and BlackBerry Natural Sound technology.

Touch-sensitive technology

The Passport lets you delete words and scroll through web pages by swiping your finger across the keys. There's also predictive text, where you can swipe up on the keyboard when you see the word you were going to type.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nige from Best Phone I have ever owned! I have had two Passport phones and you just cannot fault them for functionality and durability. Perfect for business and social life with all of the security you would expect from a Blackberry without having to charge it continuously.

Rated 5 out of 5 by smartman from Best phone I ever bought Tactile keypad combined with a monster touch screen and excellent battery life = one heck of a mobile. Cannot recommend it enough if you like typing and not hacking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CrAzYBERRY from Love Love Love BlackBerry I bought my first BlackBerry years ago, whilst everyone went with touch screens. I then bought my first touch screen phone and hated it. I had an iphone 5s on loan and hated that. Got the BlackBerry Passport two years ago and Loved it, until an internal issue with the phones antenna began playing up. So i got a new Passport after 12 months from CPW and love it. Yes its big, but no bigger than latest rivals. Its fast, its quick, powerful and so easy to type emails etc on the QWERTY keyboard. Great camera, great speakers, all round the best phone by far. Stick your Samsungs and Iphones were the sun dont shine, I will miss you BlackBerry, I may just think about keeping with my Passport for sentimental value as you've been a trusted friend.
