Only one earbud works at a time
Bought a pair and only one earbud worked at a time, so they sent me another pair, and it has the exact same issue. I have tried restarting/unpairing and nothing seems to work. Disappointed.

Fit isn't good, maybe it's my ear. Sound quality very poor, expected a lot more especially because these are priced £50 elsewhere. Didn't get any order updates from cpw either so overall waste of money. Straight in the bin cause can't return.. what a waste!!

Used them for about a week and couldn't get them both to work at the same time. The instructions are very basic. Ended up throwing them on the fire.
