Am I eligible to upgrade?

It must have been more than 6 months since you purchased your phone or last upgraded on your network. You can currently only upgrade on O2, Vodafone and Virgin Media networks.

    Terms & conditions

    Virgin Media upgrades

    It must be 6 months since joining Virgin Media or 6 months since last upgrade. Customer must have used number in the last 90 days to make a chargeable event.

    Vodafone upgrades

    It must be 6 months since joining Vodafone or 6 months since last upgrade. Customer has made 2 chargeable events in the last 6 months and has applied at least £15 of chargeable top-ups in the last 6 calendar months.

    O2 upgrades

    It must be 6 months since joining O2 or 6 months since last upgrade. A chargeable event must have occurred on the number at any time.
