Am I eligible to upgrade?

It must have been more than 6 months since you purchased your phone or last upgraded on your network. You can currently only upgrade on O2, Orange, T-Mobile, Vodafone and Virgin networks.

  • Vodafone

    It must be 6 months since joining Vodafone or 6 months since last upgrade. Customer has made 2 chargeable events in the last 6 months and has applied at least £15 of chargeable top-ups in the last 6 calendar months.
  • T-Mobile

    It must be 6 months since joining T-Mobile or 6 months since last upgrade. A chargeable event must have occurred on the number at any time.
  • Orange

    It must be 6 months since joining Orange or 6 months since last upgrade. A top-up must have been applied within the last 6 months.
  • O2

    It must be 6 months since joining O2 or 6 months since last upgrade. A chargeable event must have occurred on the number at any time.
