What are refurbished phones?

Refurbished phones have been returned to us by customers who bought them and then returned them under our 14-day money back guarantee.
  • All these phones are fully inspected, tested and repackaged by our qualified engineers.
  • Each one comes with the usual 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.

How are refurbished phones different?

  • A refurbished phone will come in a different box to the original.
  • The box will always include the handset, battery, charger and manual. We cannot guarantee that any other accessories will be included.
  • There may be slight cosmetic flaws to a refurbished phone or its box - these will not affect the phone’s performance in any way.

What if a refurbished phone is out of stock?

We can’t guarantee when refurbished phones will become available again once they are out of stock.
  • If the clearance deal you order is out of stock we’ll do our best to fulfill it.
  • If your order will be delayed we’ll contact you to say so. Unless you tell us otherwise, we’ll cancel your order.
