You can cancel your insurance policy at any time by completing the online form. You pay in advance, so you'll continue to be covered up until the date covered by your latest payment.
If you paid for an entire year:
If you paid for an entire year and you want to cancel your policy, we'll refund all the quarterly premiums that you haven't used yet. However, we can't refund you for any quarter that has passed or that you have already entered.
For example, let’s say you’ve had your policy for four months and you've paid for the entire year. If you want to cancel at this time, you can get a refund for the final six months (two quarterly premiums) and you would be covered up until the end of the sixth month.
