How our deliveries work


We deliver for free

We deliver for FREE to all mainland addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

When will my delivery arrive?

Please make sure you're at home to receive your order - we'll need a signature as proof of delivery

Order placed between 12 midnight Sunday and 5pm Thursday:
Delivered by DHL courier on the next working day*

Order placed between 5pm Thursday and 12 noon Sunday:
Delivered by DHL courier on the next Monday*

Order placed between 12 noon and 12 midnight on Sunday:
Delivered by DHL courier on the next Tuesday*

Delivered by Royal Mail within 3-4 working days*

When do DHL deliveries arrive?

  • Deliveries to residential addresses take place between 7:30am and 9pm.
  • Deliveries to business addresses take place between 8am and 5pm. DHL will deliver to the reception at the place where you work, so you won't need to be there to sign for it.

Deliveries to some areas take longer:

  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland take up to two working days longer and are delivered between 7:30am and 5:30pm.
  • Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands) take 2-3 working days longer and are delivered between 7:30am and 5:30pm.
  • Deliveries to the Channel Islands take 1-2 working days and are delivered between 7:30am and 5:30pm. Orders can take longer to arrive if an item is held up at customs.

*Your order may be delayed if:

  • We have an unforeseen stock shortage.
  • We can't get security clearance for your order straight away.
  • There are any queries about your credit check (Pay monthly and upgrade orders).
  • There's nobody available at your delivery address to sign for your delivery.
  • Royal Mail deliveries are affected by industrial action. Go to the Royal Mail website for more info.

We'll contact you by phone or email if your order is delayed and we need more information from you.

Can I collect my order from a store?

If you'd like to pick your order up from any of our stores instead just choose to 'Collect from store' when your order online or over the phone. You can find out when your order will be ready to pick up on our collect from store page.

How much do deliveries cost?

  • Deliveries to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are free
  • Offshore locations - £10
  • Channel Islands - £35 (this doesn't include duty or tax)

Where don't we deliver?

  • Billing addresses outside the UK (but we do deliver to the Channel Islands).
  • The British Forces Post Office. Please visit the British Forces Post Office website for more help.
  • PO boxes, educational establishments, hospitals, MOD establishments or work addresses that aren’t on our database.
  • We can only deliver SIM free mobile phones to your billing address or a registered work address.
  • We can only deliver Pay monthly iPhones to the address we used for your credit check.

Can I get my order redirected to a different address?

We can't change your delivery address once you've ordered. If you miss the first attempted delivery, DHL will leave you a card to tell you how you can arrange a more convenient delivery time.

Does someone need to sign for my delivery?

All items must be signed for by someone at the delivery address.

What if I miss a delivery?

  • DHL will leave a card telling you they tried to deliver. The driver's number will be on the card, please call it to arrange a convenient time for your order to be delivered.
  • If you don't call DHL, they'll try to deliver your order on the next working day. If you're not there again, they'll try again for a third time on the next working day after that.
  • If you aren't there to collect three attempted deliveries, DHL will hold on to it for seven days. They'll then return it to us and we'll contact you to arrange a re-delivery.

If I miss a delivery, can I collect it from the DHL depot myself?

Yes. The opening times, contact details and address of you nearest depot will be on the card DHL leave if you're not at home.
  • You must call DHL before you collect your order so they can get it ready for you.
  • Please allow 48 hours between calling DHL and collecting your order.
  • You must bring photographic ID and the card DHL left when you go to collect the order.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands

  • Deliveries to the Channel Islands are sent by DHL International Air Express and will arrive between 7:30am and 5:30pm.
  • We do our best to deliver within 1-2 working days if you order before 5pm Monday - Saturday (if you're buying on a Sunday, you'll need to order before noon to get next working day delivery). Deliveries can take longer if an item is held up at customs.
  • If DHL try to deliver your order when you're not in, they'll leave a card to tell you how to rebook the delivery.  If they don't hear from you within two days the order will be returned to us.

How can I track my order?

What if my order won’t fit through my post box?

Royal Mail will leave you a card if they can ’t deliver your order.
  • You’ll usually have seven days to collect it from your local depot or arrange a re-delivery. 
  • After this Royal Mail will return your order to us – this can take up to 21 days. We’ll try to get in touch with you to organise a new delivery.
  • If we can’t contact you we’ll return your order on our system and refund you the same way you paid – if you paid by cash we’ll refund you by cheque.

Will all my accessories come at the same time?

Sometimes our accessories are sourced from different locations. Because of this you may get your accessories in more than one package.
