Collect from store

1. Select the goods you'd like and click Checkout
2. On the personal details screen you'll see an option to Select a delivery address at the bottom of the screen
3. Select the button next to Collect from store and we'll automatically choose the store nearest to your billing address. If you'd like to collect from a different store click Alternatively, select another store
4. You'll be sent to our store locator page. Search for the store you'd like to visit, and click Select Store for delivery to choose it

• The card you used to pay (we need this card to check your ID before we can give you your goods)

If you signed up to a pay monthly phone contract you may have to sign your contract before your phone is connected – ask if you're not sure.

• If you don't collect your order within seven days of making it, we'll send you a reminder via email and text message.
• If you haven't collected your order after 14 days, we'll automatically cancel it. We'll send you an email or text to let you it's been cancelled.
