This page is only for O2 customers who get their bill from the Carphone Warehouse.
If you don't get your bill from the Carphone Warehouse, please contact your network provider.
How can I make a payment?
The easiest way to pay is by direct debit. If you don't pay by direct debit, you'll be charged a £3.50 administration charge.
How to pay using your online billing account
You can make a one-off payment using online billing. However, if you have a direct debit set up and your direct debit is due to come out within five working days, we will take out the entire direct debit amount. If your direct debit is due to come out in more than five working days, your one-off payment will be deducted from the direct debit amount.
Log in to Online Billing and click on ‘Detailed account summary’
Click on ‘Credit card payment’
Enter your details and click ‘Submit’

Paying electronically (transfer money from your bank account)

Paying by debit or credit card over the phone
Call us on 0870 111 7200 (free from your O2 mobile - charges from other phones and mobiles vary). For all other networks, call your network provider and pay over the phone.
Paying in a Carphone Warehouse store
Take your bill to the store and pay over the counter.
Stores take major credit and debit cards, cheques and cash.
What if I pay by direct debit and want to make an ad hoc payment?
You can make an ad hoc payment but you must make it more than five working days before your direct debit comes out. If you pay within five days of your direct debit date, we'll take that month's direct debit payment in full and deduct your ad hoc payment from your next monthly bill.
For example: let's say a direct debit payment of £25 is due to come out of your account on 16 February. If you make an ad hoc payment of £10 on 5 February, the direct debit payment will be £15. However, if you make the ad hoc payment on 12 February, £25 will still come out of your account - you'll receive a £10 credit on your account that will be applied to your next bill.
