How do I change my tariff?
Contact your
network service provider.
The customer service advisor will be able to tell you the most suitable tariff for you based on your usage
If you decide to change your tariff it will take effect from the date that your next new minutes are allocated
You can only lower your tariff after the ninth month of a new contract. You can raise your tariff at any time
Any rollover minutes that you have accumulated are lost when the tariff is changed
