Then once you've paid a certain number of bills, we'll send you a cheque to refund part of your bill. You can also find out by using our chequeback calculator. But remember, you don't have to send us every bill from every month of your contract. You only need to send us the bills we've asked for!I've got the right bill - when should I send it?Send us the bills we need as soon as they arrive from your network provider. We need a photocopy of the first two pages (or a print out of the first two pages if you get your bills online). We'll send your cheque within 60 days.Is there anything else I need to include when I make my claim?Make sure you include a cover note with your personal details and your Carphone Warehouse customer account number. (You'll find this on the invoice you got when you signed up.)
