The Griffin Roadtrip with SmartScan lets you play all the music stored on your Apple iPhone or iPod through your car stereo and charges the devices at the same time!
The Roadtrip fits into any vehicle's cigarette lighter and its steel neck is flexible, allowing you to adjust your device for the perfect driving position; ensuring your concentration remains on the road!
Songs are broadcast through a free FM channel on your radio and the built-in SmartScan technology automatically searches for the three clearest frequencies, for the best in-car entertainment experience.

LED lights surrounding the 12v connector glow red when your Roadtrip is ready to use, amber when the device is docked and charging, then green when fully charged.
The Griffin Roadtrip comes with seven cradle adapters to fit the original iPhone, iPhone 3G and most iPods. The cradle fits neatly to your iPod and leaves the top free, so you can fit additional compatible accessories like the Griffin iTalk.
This unique Roadtrip transmitter also has a removable module that attaches to any compatible Mac or PC via USB, so you can broadcast music from your computer over the FM radio on a nearby stereo.
