Terms and Conditions

100 minutes porting offer: Available to new customers porting in an active phone number from a UK network. Minutes are for UK calls to UK landlines (beginning 01, 02, 03) & UK mobile networks. Unused free minutes expire after 30 days. Free minutes will be added by the 17th of the month following successful port. No cash alternative. Further legal stuff applies.

Exclusive extras: You must register for Addict Extra at my.virginmedia.com. Only available to Virgin Media cable or National customers who subscribe to at least one of the following Virgin Media National or cable services: television, residential phone or broadband (the "Services"). If you no longer subscribe to any of the Services you will not be eligible to receive Addict Extra. You will then revert to the standard Addict tariff or, if not available, then the standard Pay As You Go tariff. Limited to two customers per Virgin Media account address. The total value of top ups in a month will determine the value of the reward.

Free texts, minutes and Mobile Web are added on the first day of the month following the top up(s) & are valid for one month or until used if sooner.
