Most of you will know that on Thursday 14th March in New York City, Samsung is holding one of its now famous Global Unpacked Events, and this can only mean one thing; the next Samsung device is going to be announced. In fact, it's the next Samsung Galaxy, and the tech world is abuzz. The next Galaxy means that the Samsung Galaxy S IV could be shown to the world. We'll be there too, giving you the full coverage of the event live
Samsung has already littered the net with teaser videos
but seeing as the event is being screened on huge monitors in Time Square, New York City, they've gone ahead and decorated the entire Square in Galaxy S4 teasers too. Have a look at Samsung's handy work …and now tell us something big isn't happening!
So what will happen on the day? Well, they'll be a live feed relayed into Time Square itself, so if you're lucky enough to be around the City come Thursday night, check it out, we imagine they'll be quite a buzz. But, if you'll be in the UK, Carphone Warehouse will be covering the event live from Radio City, where Samsung will actually be making its announcement, so you'll get the latest news minute by minute, just head to our homepage and you'll see where to go.
Anyway, at around 7pm Eastern Daylight Time (that's 11pm GMT time), the Unpacked Event will begin, at Radio City in NYC. Journalists, reporters and tech experts, including Carphone Warehouse, will squeeze into the venue, complete with Ethernet cables that will protrude from our chairs (we kid you not, internet from chairs!), they'll be lots of murmuring and then the lights will dim and the show will begin. Samsung is going to tease for a while of course, building up to the big moment. They'll cover the success they've had with the Samsung Galaxy S III, the Note II, play lots of epic music and an entertaining, well-crafted video or two. Then, at around midnight GMT, they'll pull out the Galaxy, and hopefully we'll see the name Samsung Galaxy S4…or Samsung Galaxy S IV.
