YODEL deliveries to some areas might take longer:

  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland take up to two working days longer.
  • Deliveries to Aberdeenshire and the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands) take 2-3 working days longer.
  • Deliveries to the Channel Islands take 1-2 working days. Orders can take longer to arrive if an item is held up at customs.

Receiving YODEL deliveries

  • Someone needs to be in to receive orders delivered by YODEL.
  • In most locations, deliveries will arrive between 7.30am and 9pm.
  • If you're not in when they call, YODEL will leave a card telling you how to arrange a re-delivery or collect from their depot.
