After they have been returned they are fully inspected, tested and repackaged by qualified engineers. They are then resold as 'Clearance' deals. Each one comes with a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
These handsets will come in a different box to the original handset. We can only guarantee that the handset, battery, charger and manual will be included in this box. Occasionally other items may be included as well but this cannot be guaranteed.
It is possible that the handset or the box may have slight cosmetic flaws - these will in no way affect the performance of the handset itself.
