Voicemail
Fresh Mobile has a standard voicemail service that records a message when you can't answer the call, lets you know about your messages and plays them back when you're ready - you just pay the standard tariff rate for calling the service. A special voicemail indicator will usually appear on your mobile's screen when you have a new message. To listen to messages, hold down the 'voicemail' key for a couple of seconds. This is usually the 1 key - it'll be marked with a 'tape spool' symbol. Should your voicemail not already be preset, dial 222 from your Fresh Mobile and the voicemail settings will be sent directly to the handset. All you have to do is read and delete the network message, then restart the phone. If this does not work, please call us on 0870 111 5000.

You can choose any of the following options when you're connected to voicemail:

Repeat a messagepress 4
Delete a messagepress 7
Save a messagepress 9
Go backpress *
Skip to the next messagepress #
Return to the start of the messagepress 1 and 1 again
Go to the end of the messagepress 3 and 3 again
Hear the time and date the message was leftpress 5
Helppress 0

Voicemail will store up to 10 voice messages, each up to 90 seconds in length, for up to 3 days. Your voicemail will be disconnected if you don't use it for over three months but you can easily reactivate by calling us on 0870 111 5000.

Personalising voicemail
Your voicemail service comes with a standard greeting message. We recommend that you record your own voicemail greeting, because it's more personal and reassures people they've called the right number. To change your greeting, call voicemail and press 2, then follow the spoken instructions.

Voicemail PIN
You can protect your voicemail messages with a PIN code. This is preset to 1210,
but you should change it to a different 4-digit number for security. To change your voicemail PIN, call voicemail and press 2, then press 1 and follow the spoken instructions.

Checking voicemail messages from any telephone
You can listen to your voicemail messages from any telephone. You will first need
to reset your voicemail PIN as the service will not work with the 1210 PIN. Call your Fresh Mobile number and wait until you hear your voicemail greeting. When you hear the greeting, press # and then enter your voicemail PIN. Your voicemail messages will then be played back.

Checking messages when using your phone abroad
You must change your voicemail PIN code from the preset code (1210) before travelling abroad. When abroad, call your own Fresh Mobile number and wait for the greeting message. Interrupt the greeting by pressing #, then enter your voicemail PIN.

Keeping an eye on your spending

Fresh Mobile has incredibly low charges, but we're sure you'll still want to keep an eye on your spending! That's why we'll remind you to add more credit by sending you a text message whenever there's around £4.00 of call credit left.

Checking your balance
You can call 0870 111 5000 at any time to check your balance. We'll do our best
to keep this information up to date, although there may be some delays depending on the information we receive from T-Mobile.

Staying connected
If you don't make any calls during a 90-day period, we'll assume you no longer require the Fresh Mobile service and may disconnect your account and credit you have will be lost. A £10 administration fee will be charged if you want to be reconnected, so remember to make at least one call every 90 days!

Porting into Fresh from another network

You can bring your mobile phone number from another network to Fresh Mobile, but only if you arrange everything before you connect. Once you've connected to Fresh Mobile… it's too late.

1. Don't disconnect your old number! Ask your current service provider for a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC), which is a special code that lets you move your number to a new network.

2. When you've been given a PAC, contact us to arrange connection by simply calling us on 0870 111 5000 and speaking to an advisor, with your PAC and your mobile number to hand. We'll arrange connection, which will take from two working days. Your number will continue to work on your original mobile until the transfer has been completed.

3. We'll let you know which day the transfer will take place. When your original network disconnects your number, wait for around four hours and then switch on the mobile with the new Fresh Mobile SIM.
