How do I get Walk Out Working?

After your new phone arrives, call us to begin your totally FREE Walk Out Working session. Simply phone the number listed on your order confirmation email, (sent after you placed your online order) and one of our Geek Squad Agents will take you through a Walk Out Working session over the phone.

Make sure you have your receipt to hand, as we'll ask you to confirm your details before beginning the Walk Out Working session. The service is totally FREE, and lasts for up to 15 minutes.

If you collect your new phone in store, one of our store colleagues will carry out Walk Out Working for you.
