| 1. Nokia offers to all Nokia Symbian 3 device owners to redeem 20 Premium games for free from the Ovi Store.
2. Offer is redeemable between 1 May and 31 July 2011 within the United Kingdom. Redemptions requested after the end date will not be taken into account.
3. In order to redeem the 20 games for free, you must log-in to your Ovi account. If you do not already have an Ovi account, you must create one to benefit from this offer. You can enter your Ovi account via your Nokia Symbian 3 device or by visiting store.ovi.com online. Once in Ovi Store: (1) you will find each of the offered game's application icon marked by a golden ribbon and then you just need to download the games of your choice onto your Nokia device; or (2) (applicable only for mobile device usage) you must select 'Categories' and under 'Collections' select "Summer Gift of Games" which will display all of the games included in this offer available to download.
4. Only the games that are part of this Ovi Promotion and chosen by Nokia can be redeemed for free as part of this offer. Each game part of this free offer is downloadable only once per Nokia Symbian 3 device.
5. The value of the offer is up to £50.
6. This offer shall not in any way affect your existing contractual relationship and terms with your network provider.
7. Please note that downloading offered games from the Ovi Store may incur charges if downloading data is not included in network provider service tariff. Check with your network provider.
8. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nokia reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, withdraw or revise the terms and conditions applicable to this Promotion; such alteration may be made at any time while a Promotion is open (but such changes will only apply to people who enter the Promotion after the date that such change is published (unless they expressly state otherwise)) at any time without any prior notice and in such event Nokia shall not have any liability whatsoever. No cash alternative return.
9. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, in relation to Promotion, Nokia and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from: a) any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion, and b) any changes to, supply of the games in the offer to download, and c) any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond the reasonable control of Nokia.
10. The Promoter is Nokia UK Ltd, Nokia House, Summit Avenue, Farnborough, GU14 0NG, United Kingdom.
11. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. By redeeming the offer, beneficiaries irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion.
