Retail Sales Division
Success at the Carphone Warehouse is founded on understanding exactly our customers’ needs and responding to them. We sell a wide range of complex products and our consultants lead, often-bewildered customers through this minefield. Our sales teams are the experts on the latest and future technology and advise customers on the most suitable product by exploring their needs and requirements.
The advice we offer is totally impartial and honest. Because there is no pressure on our sales team to push one product over another, there is no pressure on our customers. It is this integrity and impartiality that gives us this distinct stance in the marketplace, which has helped us to recruit ambitious professionals. Not only do our sales team share this philosophy, they welcome it.

We never recruit Retail Store Managers or Online Team Leaders externally – which is why our Senior Sales Management Team have achieved their success via a similar career route. Online Division
The type of people that we are seeking for our online teams (both telesales and e-commerce) will require the same characteristics, drive and enthusiasm that we look for in our retail sales consultants. For more details, on what this involves, please see the description above.
Service Division
As a reflection of our commitment to customers, The Carphone Warehouse provides a complete after-care service to customers in terms of repairs and servicing. We have rolled out our ‘Express Repair Service’ throughout the country, which enables us to provide service advice and actually repair products within in store and have them, ready for collection within three hours. Over 60% of repairs actually take place within store.
The Division has various opportunities. For those who wish to be the one who diagnose faults and repair the cellular phone then we have Service Engineers or Technician opportunities. We also need solid administrators who ensure that the entire Repairs process runs smoothly and liases with the relevant people to ensure excellent customer service.
