Price Promise (Price Match)

By monitoring our prices daily, The Carphone Warehouse guarantees you we won't be beaten on price in the UK on handsets, PDA's, home phones and branded mobile phone accessories. However, if you find the same product and where applicable, on the same network & tariff, cheaper and in stock anywhere else, call our sales team on 0808 100 9250 and we will match the price up to a maximum of £50.

In addition, if you find the same product cheaper and available at a local store, brand new and where applicable, on the same network and tariff, within 7 days of making a purchase, we will refund you 110% of the difference.

The product must be brand new and the deal must be identical for the price promise to apply. We must be able to verify the offer and we cannot apply the price promise to other offers and promotions which we are offering. Unfortunately we are unable to match prices for sim-free handsets and third-party accessories.

Ultimate Price Promise

If the price you paid for your handset or PDA is higher than the price listed in our following months buyers guide, we'll send you a credit voucher for the difference.

This promise is only available if you have provided permission, either at point of sale or afterwards, for marketing and other information to be sent to you. The credit voucher will be sent to you automatically.

The Ultimate Price Promise applies to mobile phones (excludes handset only) and PDA's but not to accessories, tariffs or network price changes.

The credit voucher can be used for one month from date of issue to purchase goods from any Carphone Warehouse store. It is not transferable. It entitles the holder to receive eligible goods up to face value without further payment. It may also be used with further payment towards goods of a higher value. We do not offer cashback or refunds if you buy a product for less than the value of the credit voucher. The credit voucher cannot be used to purchase any Carphone Warehouse insurance packages, out of warranty repairs, airtime or airtime vouchers. Full terms and conditions are printed on the credit voucher.

14 Day Exchange

If within 14 days of buying your mobile phone you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to change your phone, network or tariff, where permitted.* The original phone and accessories must be returned to us in an 'as sold' condition, with the original packaging, receipt and any items that were included in the purchase price, including promotional items. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and if there is a price differential, you will pay us the extra or we will reimburse you the difference in accordance with our refund policy.

*Notable exclusions to our 14 day exchange policy include upgrades on all networks, T-Mobile connections, and 'handset only' purchases. However, if you purchased through our website or Direct Sales, these exclusions do not apply and you have 7 working days from delivery to return your product for an exchange or refund.

14 Day Repair Promise
We fully understand the importance of mobile phones to customers' lives, therefore endeavour to repair phones within 14 days. If you originally purchased your phone from us and for any reason your phone is not ready for collection within 14 days (excluding phones that need to be sent to the manufacturer), you will be issued with a €10 customer loyalty voucher to spend in our stores.
