Monthly airtime can be used to make UK originating calls and texts to UK landlines (that's numbers beginning 01,02 and 03) or UK mobile networks (excluding call forwarding services).
All other calls will be charged at Pay by Direct Debit tariff rates.
Calls to local and national rate, and 0500 / 0800 freephone numbers, cost no more than 20p per minute from Virgin mobile phones in the UK.
Tariff includes VAT at the old rate of 17.5%. The VAT reduction will be credited to your bill.

- Deliveries to Northern Ireland take up to two working days longer.
- Deliveries to Aberdeenshire and the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands) take 2-3 working days longer.
- Deliveries to the Channel Islands take 1-2 working days. Orders can take longer to arrive if an item is held up at customs.
Receiving DHL/YODEL deliveries
- Someone needs to be in to receive orders delivered by DHL/YODEL.
- In most locations, deliveries will arrive between 7.30am and 9pm.
- If you're not in when they call, DHL/YODEL will leave a card telling you how to arrange a re-delivery or collect from their depot.
