  • How do I take out a business contract?

    To find the perfect business mobile deal for you, call our specialist business advisors on 0800 049 6000 (open Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-5:30pm, Sun Closed), or request a callback.

  • What are the benefits of a business tariff vs a normal (consumer) tariff?

  • What is the difference between solo and sharer tariffs?

    Solo tariffs

    • If you're a business that only needs one handset, or you're part of a larger business but use your phone heavily, then a solo tariff is right for you.

    Sharer tariffs

    • With our sharer tariffs you can get a monthly allowance for all of your account users to dip into. It includes, at no extra cost, in-group calling and is great for flexibility, peace of mind and saving on monthly line rental. Our sharer tariffs are great for businesses with two or more employees and moderate phone usage � don�t forget you can always add a new phone to a sharer tariff.
  • How will The Carphone Warehouse support my business after I sign up?

    Whether you have 1 phone or 100, your account will be fully managed by a Business Mobile Specialist. They'll stay with you throughout the length of your contract, assisting you with account queries and advising you on special offers and additional services that may be beneficial. When it's time to renew your contract, they'll help you refresh your deal and devices.

  • What happens if something goes wrong?

    Our specialist B2B team of fully trained, UK-based professionals are on hand to help you with account queries, you can call them FREE on 0800 1300 688, 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

    Facing a technical issue? Geek Squad can help you with anything from setting up a smartphone to installing laptop software and backing up, transferring or recovering your data. To join the Geek Squad speak to one of our Business Services team.

  • How long does the order process take?

    After you accept a quote from The Carphone Warehouse, we will perform a credit check. This will usually take up to 24 hours (providing that no additional information is required). After a successful credit check is processed, we'll post your contract to your registered business address. Please sign and return your contract, once we have received it we will dispatch your hardware within 24 hours.

  • Is moving mobile providers a hassle?

    Not with The Carphone Warehouse. We appreciate that you're busy doing business, and that the transition between providers needs to be as smooth and straightforward as possible.

  • How can I find out if network reception is available in my local area?

    Use our Network Coverage Checker to check the reception on O2, Orange, Vodafone, Tmobile and 3 in your local area.

  • Can you deliver my hardware/contract to my trading address?

    For your safety and security, we will only deliver your hardware and contract to your registered business address.

  • Do Business customers qualify for free gifts/laptops/ tablets?

    Although we don't currently offer Business deals that include free gifts or bundled devices, we do offer cashbacks (subject to your specific deal).

  • How long does it take to be eligible for an upgrade on a business account?

    Each network is different. Your dedicated account manager will be in regular contact with you throughout your contract and will discuss upgrade options when they become available.

  • If I choose a cashback deal, when do I receive the payments?

    Cashbacks are paid at regular intervals throughout your contract and this will be specific to your deal and detailed in your quote. Initial cashback payments are made after month 3.

  • My deal includes a contribution from The Carphone Warehouse towards early termination fees, how will these be paid?

    If you are leaving an existing contract early to join us, and the deal you have been offered involves us paying for/contributing towards your early termination fees, then the following applies -

    • You will need to supply the final invoice from your previous supplier
    • Payment will only be made once you have paid the first bill from your new contract with us
