FRESH FRUIT DISTRIBUTION LIMITED
Fresh Fruit Distribution Limited are based in Sheerness, Kent. They are delivering to a variety of clients both within the UK and Europe. Their old contract was on a sharer tariff which didn't allow for flexibility when adding bolt-ons. Although their contract was for only £204 per month their excess charges meant they were paying on average £1200 per month.

THE NEW CONTRACT
Due to the nature of the business and the needs of each user being very specific, O2 business solo plans were best suited. Those travelling abroad could bolt-on the cheaper roaming calls on a rolling basis giving the business more flexibility. Each handset had a clear concise breakdown of usage so it was easy to track spend. Their worldwide insurance policy (Geek Squad Max Mobile Protection) not only insured them for phone and accessories but came with a track and trace function, allowing them to locate their drivers.
They also purchased an iPad 2. They chose the 32GB model (Wi-Fi only) as it was predominantly used in the office. However if they need it to be used outside the office it can be tethered1 to their iPhone and paid for on a monthly basis using a bolt-on. Geek Squad Max Mobile Protection gave the business one of the most comprehensive insurance policies available on the market, plus technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
THE NEW HANDSET
The much desired iPhone 4S was recommended for two of the users and the other eight users received the well-respected Nokia C3-01 Gold Edition which was fitted with GPRS and tracking facility.
