The Mobile Broadband Daily option gives you 24 hour access and costs £2 for 500MB + Unlimited Wi-Fi hotspot access. The Mobile Broadband Weekly option gives you 7 days worth of access and costs £7.50 for 1GB + Unlimited Wi-Fi. The Mobile Broadband Monthly option gives you access for 30 days and costs £15 for 3GB + Unlimited Wi-Fi.

14 Day Returns Policy
- Check for proof of purchase (till reciept)
- If not sold through your chain direct customer to originating POS
- If sold through your chain check contents of the associated equipment are all present
- Call O2 Customer service on 0800 230 02 02 to cancel service for customer (you will need customer to verify so that data protection act is not compromised)
- Confirm with O2 CSA if service has been ordered if no end call and refund USB modem
- Confirm with O2 CSA on phone if cancellation has been initiated already and if not inform O2 CSA of amount refunded to customer in store and initiate cancellation of service end call
- Inform customer that service charges will be refunded via DD into their registered bank account
- Return O2 USB Model to O2 Supply Chain via usual process
Faulty Returns
- Check for proof of purchase (till reciept)
- If not sold through your chain direct customer to originating POS
- Accept all returns for replacement within the warrenty period only
- O2 PAYG MBB – 12 Months from purchase date
- O2 CONTRACT MBB – The length of the contract
- If sold through your chain call O2 Customer Service on 0800 230 0202 and ensure customer has not been disconnected
